Therapy and counselling focus on a person’s healing, while coaching is about enhancing performance.
Both will address your challenges, but coaching tends to be more proactive than counselling, which deals with problems reactively.

Many people who have undergone psychological counselling experience the need for a structured way to apply all the wisdom they have accumulated.
